Overview
Therapy Redefined is a pediatric speech and occupational therapy clinic that needed comprehensive marketing support. Over 10 months, I handled their website management, SEO, blog development, social media content creation, and Google Ads campaigns. The owner was juggling clinic operations, accounting, and patient care, leaving marketing at the bottom of her to-do list.

The Challenge
Lead generation was hard with no real strategy in place. The owner would post on social media occasionally, but inconsistently. Business was steady, but she wanted more leads to convert into patients. In a small clinic, an owner is responsible for operations, HR, payroll, customer service, and, most importantly, seeing patients! Without dedicated marketing expertise or time, they were missing opportunities to reach families who needed their services.

The Strategy
I started with the foundation; reorganizing the website with consistent messaging and adding more lead magnets. I implemented SEO services and developed a blog using generic topics to boost search rankings. Step two was creating consistent social media content. Some posts were clinic-specific, like meet-the-therapist features and onboarding process explainers. Others covered general speech and occupational therapy topics to inform potential clients. Step three was launching Google Ad campaigns to accelerate our search visibility while the SEO work gained traction.

The Results
Website traffic increased 75% in our 10-month partnership compared to the previous period. We went from about 10 qualified leads per month to 15-20 qualified leads monthly. The Google Ads campaign maintained an average cost-per-click of $3 over 6 months, which is excellent for healthcare marketing.
