Is it really unlimited services?
Yes, you tell us what you need each month to meet your target metrics.
Example: Let's say at the start of our partnership you really need help growing your social media presence so you select that service for your first few months. After a few months, you think you can do social yourself but need help with blogging and other content creation. All you have to do is let us know and we get to work serving you!
How is this different from a traditional monthly retainer or contract?
Our subscription model offers flexibility and transparency that most retainers don’t. Instead of unpredictable hourly billing, you simply subscribe to a plan that gives you consistent access to our marketing team. It’s designed to be as simple as managing a streaming service: clear pricing, no surprises, and results on demand.
Is there a minimum commitment or setup fee?
No long-term commitments and no setup fees. You can subscribe monthly and cancel anytime. We believe in earning your business through results, not contracts. We do offer discounts for six or 12 month contracts, but those can be cancelled at any time.
If you choose to cancel a long-term contract, you will owe 50% of the remaining contract.
How do I know I’m getting enough value for the cost?
Each subscription includes clear deliverables and transparent progress tracking. You’ll always know what’s being worked on and what’s been completed. Because you can pause or cancel anytime, our team is motivated to continually deliver quality work and measurable results that justify your investment.
What’s the typical turnaround time for deliverables?
Turnaround times depend on the scope of the request, but most deliverables are completed within 2–5 business days. More complex projects (like ad campaigns or website builds) may take longer, but we’ll always provide estimated delivery dates upfront and keep you updated throughout the process.
Who owns the creative assets and content after it’s created?
You own 100% of assets and content created. Once a project is delivered and approved, you own full rights to all assets, designs, and content created under your subscription. That includes source files, copy, and any other deliverables.
